Logistic Manager

  • The logistic manager will work closely with a team of 5 people for the construction of a solar power plant in Magway Region (Yesagyo Township)
  • He/she will be responsible for the transportation of the material (i.e solar panels, electrical items, cables, concrete poles…) from Yangon warehouse to Pakkoku, then from Pakkoku to the Island of Yesagyo (need to cross the Chindwin River). Road conditions are bad on the Island of Yesagyo.
  • Some items will directly come from Magway Region
  • The logistic manager will be traveling a lot. From Yangon to Yesagyo, and inside Magway Region. Will often have to stay on site for several days in a row
  • Will be responsible of the good routing of goods

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of similar experiences (logistic from Yangon to countryside)
  • Should be available within 1 month
  • Myanmar only
  • Good English level
  • Resourcefulness and willingness to carry out the project

Assistant Geophysicist

Qualification as follows:

  • Degree in B.Sc (geology) D.A.G (Geophysics)
  • At least 3 years experience in Seismic Survey Acquisition Work
  • Age not more than 40 years
  • Have good health and able to work in field
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to work with computer especially having knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Preferable having knowledge in other geophysical software application

Call Center Staff

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
  • Management and resolve customer complaints
  • Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
  • Process orders, forms, and application
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Other duties as assigned
